Our team make us who we are

One of the most important part of the National School of Aesthetics (besides you, our students, of course!) is our team. We have a small, tight-knit team, dedicated to your success and achievement.

Noel Turner

Noel Turner

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner

Noel Turner opened the school in 1985 with Don Kendall and completed his training in the beauty therapy field through instruction by an independent tutor, gaining international qualifications in beauty therapy at that time. He has been active in the beauty therapy industry for over 30 years, and, in 2013, was a co-recipient of the New Zealand Association of Beauty Therapists’ Contribution to the Industry award for “significant contribution to the development of the beauty therapy industry in New Zealand”.

Don Kendall

Don Kendall

Director of Education and Co-Owner

Don Kendall has been involved in the beauty therapy and nail technology training fields for well over 40 years and has seen a lot of changes in the field. He was also one of the first nail technicians in New Zealand, with over 30 years experience. In 2013, Don was a co-recipient of the New Zealand Association of Beauty Therapists’ Contribution to the Industry award for “significant contribution to the development of the beauty therapy industry in New Zealand”.

Scott Fack

Scott Fack

Director of Operations

Scott Fack joined the National School of Aesthetics team in 1996 in an educational advisory role until 1998, when he became the Manager of Operations. In 1999, Scott was promoted to the Director of Operations, and he currently serves on the board of directors with the two owners of the school. He also is responsible for the design and updating of this Web site and was the chief ITEC reflexology tutor at the school. He has been active as a supporting member of the beauty therapy industry for over two decades.

Catherine Wouters

Catherine Wouters

Principal

Catherine Wouters joined the National School of Aesthetics team as a beauty therapy tutor in 2004 after being employed at Nicola Quinn Beauty & Day Spa. Catherine also graduated from the National School of Aesthetics, where she was named Student of the Year for her outstanding performance in the classroom. She has completed her National Certificate in Adult Education and Training (Level 5). In January 2006, she was promoted to Senior Tutor when the position became available, and, in July 2008, was promoted to Principal.

Paula McFarlane

Paula McFarlane

Student Liaison Officer

Paula McFarlane joined the National School of Aesthetics team in 2017 as the Student Liaison and Operations Administrator. She is a first point of contact for students, and is responsible for their recruitment and enrolment, and administrative matters. Through liaison with students at all points during their learning journey, she provides pastoral support, as well as information, for their time at NaSA.

Tracey Cameron

Nail Technology Tutor

Tracey Cameron joined the National School of Aesthetics team in 2015 as our nail technology tutor. Tracey currently owns and runs her own nail technology clinic. She graduated from the National School of Aesthetics in 1987 and focussed on her passion, nails, since then.

Serena Enright

Serena Enright

Beauty Therapy Tutor

Serena Enright is a beauty therapy tutor at The National School of Aesthetics. She graduated from the Diploma in Beauty Therapy in 2008 and Diploma in Spa Therapies in 2009, and currently works with us as well as running her own clinic, Serena’s Wellness Therapy.

Lynda Le Roux is a beauty therapy tutor at The National School of Aesthetics. She graduated as a Certificate of Merit recipient in December 2014, and currently works part-time with us.

Soni Cahyadi

Resource Specialist

With a smile on his face and a joke or two, Soni Cahyadi makes sure the running and cleanliness of the school are well-maintained. Soni helps keep resources such as tea, coffee, soap, et cetera stocked, and helps keep the campus clean.
