Due to the COVID-19 pandemic alert levels 3 and 4 put into place by the New Zealand Government as of 1:30 PM on Monday, 23 March 2020, all learning at the National School of Aesthetics has transitioned to distance and online learning.

Students will be completing all scheduled lessons and tasks in the week of Monday, 23 March 2020, except some minor introductory lessons are shifted until we are back on campus. Homework and other written assignments are due on Monday, 30 March 2020 as normal.
The New Zealand Government has moved April school holidays to Monday, 30 March 2020 through until Friday, 10 April 2020. With the Easter weekend in play, the school holidays extend to include Monday, 13 April 2020 and Tuesday, 14 April 2020. This means learning officially starts up again (off-campus) on Wednesday, 15 April 2020.
We will email students instructions on how to access the online learning platform as soon as it has been fully setup.
At this stage, we are planning on resuming on-campus training on Tuesday, 28 April 2020, which was the original starting date for Term 2. This may change due to the continuation of the alert level 3 or 4, and is entirely dependent on the Government’s instructions during this pandemic.
All team members are working off-campus, and all students have been assigned a tutor as their main contact for their class. In addition, students have been emailed information regarding what will be expected of them in each week during the distance / online learning phase while the Government has placed all non-essential services (including education at all levels) into isolation.
The isolation measures put in place are extremely important to follow to ensure we help reduce, or eliminate, COVID-19 and the threat to the New Zealand community. Please follow all Government advice.
