Enrolment Withdrawals

Enrolment Submission without Further Action

$300.00 minimum administration fee

There may be additional charges.

This fee may be in addition to the amount of fees paid we are allowed to keep.

Enrolments withdrawn following the Withdrawal Procedure and due to documented medical or other hardship reasons, or after the refund period has passed, may have the withdrawal fee waived.

This fee may be in addition to the amount of fees paid we are allowed to keep.

Enrolment Alterations or Changes

These charges double when the events occur while offices are closed over school holidays.

Change Enrolment to a Different Programme

$150.00 minimum administration fee

There may be additional charges.

This fee cannot come out of existing programme fees or student loan and must be paid by the individual.

This is charged where a student wishes to change their enrolment from one programme to another, i.e. the Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Applied Aesthetics with Certificate in Nail Technology (CO1499) to Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Applied Aesthetics (PC1226).

Change Enrolment to a Different Intake

$150.00 minimum administration fee

There may be additional charges.

This fee cannot come out of existing programme fees or student loan and must be paid by the individual.

This is charged where a student wishes to change their enrolment from a February intake to a July intake of the same programme, for example.

Enrolment: No-Show to Programme

Breach of Enrolment Form Contract

$500.00

This fee cannot come out of existing programme fees or student loan and must be paid by the individual.

This fee may be in addition to the amount of fees paid we are allowed to keep.

This is charged where a student has not completed the Withdrawal Procedure, has not shown up for the first day of class, and has no intention of starting or completing the programme.

Enrolments withdrawn following the Withdrawal Procedure and due to documented medical or other hardship reasons, or after the refund period has passed, may have the breach fee waived.
