Metservice has issued a heavy rain warning and strong wind warning for Christchurch later today (Tuesday, 20 February 2018) through at least 3 PM tomorrow (Wednesday, 21 February 2018). A warning means the threat is imminent and is extremely likely to happen. All students have been advised that the National School of Aesthetics will be closed on Wednesday, 21 February 2018.

Cyclone Gita and School — 8:30 AM, 20 February 2018

All students have been advised, on our Facebook page and in an assembly on Monday morning, that we are keeping our eye on Cyclone Gita. School will be operating as normal, unless we advise otherwise, and all students are expected to attend class as normal.

Streamlining Enrolment Requirements

The introduction of the Fees Free scheme in 2018 has created a slight issue with our enrolment requirements, so we have dropped the deposit requirement and shifted it to a $100 non-refundable enrolment administration fee to ensure consistency and make our enrolment policies and procedures easier to understand.

Welcome to Our New Website

Welcome to our new Web site. The framework of the old one was around since about 2010, when cell phones weren’t used as much to view Web pages, so this new Web site should be mobile-friendly.

This project has been 2 and a half years in the making, so hopefully you should be able to view this site with every few problems.

We have also tried to improve readability, and will continue to improve the site.

Enjoy!

Congratulations NaSA Graduates in the New Zealand Beauty Therapy Awards!

The National School of Aesthetics gains only 5% of the beauty therapy education funding annually but 26% of the finalists and 40% of the winners in the Beauty NZ Association Awards 2017 are or involve NaSA graduates. Congratulations to the winners and finalists for a job well-done.
